Oddle serves as an online food ordering platform built for restaurant operations to reach their customers, manage orders and grow their F&B brands.
The Challenge
In 2019, my challenge was to create a user-friendly food ordering platform, allowing business owners to effortlessly tailor it to their needs. Our objective was to elevate brand awareness, expand our reach to a broader audience, and ultimately increase sales.
My Approach
I engaged in user interviews to collect feedback from F&B restaurant owners. These efforts played a crucial role in improving the product.
After the product launch, I used the FullStory an event tracking tool, to observe and analyze how users interacted with the food ordering platform. I kept an eye on issues like rage clicks, errors, mouse thrashes, and order completion rates.
